Welcome to ROCKIT FITNESS CENTER – A 5-STAR STANDARD GYM SYSTEM offering modern training services such as Gym, Group X, Yoga, Boxing, and personal training (PT 1:1). By using any service at ROCKIT, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions to ensure a safe, fair, and effective training environment.

1. MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION & ROCKIT BENEFITS

• Registration Requirements: To use the services at ROCKIT Fitness Center, you must complete the membership registration process. Training packages have specific durations depending on the program and accompanying benefits.
• Personal Information: All information provided by you must be accurate, complete, and regularly updated.
• Membership Card: The membership card is the property of the center and may only be used by the registered cardholder. It cannot be transferred or used by another person.
• Rock IT Benefits: Members enjoy various privileges, benefits, and support policies from the center, including promotional programs, special events, and free trial sessions. 

2. SERVICE USAGE REGULATIONS AT ROCKIT FITNESS CENTER

• Compliance with Rules: Members must comply with all regulations of the center, including gym rules and instructions from ROCKIT trainers or staff.
• Safety & Hygiene: Members are responsible for maintaining cleanliness, using equipment properly, and returning it to its original position after use.
• Prohibited Conduct: The introduction of stimulants, alcoholic beverages, weapons, or dangerous items into the training area is strictly prohibited.
• Training Attire: Members must wear appropriate workout attire when using ROCKIT services to ensure safety and comfort during training.

3. ROCKIT CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• Package Cancellation: Members may request to cancel their training package, but it must comply with the center's cancellation policy.
• Refund Policy: Training packages are non-refundable, except for special cases as determined by ROCKIT Fitness Center.
• Package Suspension: Members may temporarily suspend their training package for a specified period if they have a legitimate reason, such as health issues or personal work commitments.

4. PRIVACY POLICY & DATA PROTECTION
