In October 2025, Rock IT will officially launch its fourth branch – a dedicated space for therapy, recovery, and comprehensive health care.

We provide a range of services including Fitness, Yoga, Group X, along with Wellness, Physiotherapy, Recovery, and Rehabilitation services. Our goal is to help you not only train to be healthier and more beautiful but also to recover physically, balance mentally, and rejuvenate your energy.

At Rock IT Wellness & Rehab, each workout session is a scientific treatment, and each therapy service is a deep recovery journey. We are committed to providing a unique 5-star experience for our members.
